A High Intensity Interval Training workout that incorporates weight training and cardio.  Exercises alternate between short bursts of high intensity cardio and strength training with body weight or weight equipment.  Burn fat and build lean muscle with short, explosive exercise paired with timed recovery.

Variable intensity training for all levels

Variable Intensity Interval Training is a series of varying intervals that have high, medium and low intensity phases. Rotate between High Intervals (Cardio), medium intensity (Strength Training) and low intensity (Recovery) periods.  Gain endurance, agility, strength, flexibility and balance.

Body Sculpt

Tone and define your whole body

Body Sculpt is a low-impact strength and toning class designed to sculpt, strengthen, and lengthen the body through lighter weight training, bodyweight movement, and balance-focused exercises. This class places special emphasis on smaller muscle groups, core engagement, stability, and control. Expect intentional movement, muscular endurance work, and a full-body workout that leaves you feeling stronger, more balanced, and energized.
