HIIT and Strength Instructor

A few years ago, I committed to becoming a healthier, stronger version of myself. I started by building simple habits like walking at least 10,000 steps a day and prioritizing my overall wellness. Within a year I had lost 35 pounds and felt ready to challenge myself in new ways.

That’s when I found Fervour and discovered how much I love strength training and high-energy workouts. Through consistency I began building muscle, gained confidence, and even developed a passion for running, eventually completing my first half marathon.

I’m always looking for ways to grow and level up, and becoming an instructor is an exciting way to share that passion and help others feel strong and capable. My goal is to create a space where people feel challenged, supported, and proud of what they accomplish.
